Women Paticipants Appreciate Leadership Training Organized by LPA

Phnom Penh: Female Participants Appreciate Leadership Training Organized by the Labor Right Protection Association (LPA)
At the Cambodia-Japan Cooperation Center (CJCC) on April 9, 2023.

With the participation of more than 40 participants, the leadership training of the Labor Rights Protection Association was successfully completed and the participants gained positive knowledge.

The President of the Labor Rights Protection Association, Yam Thai San, expressed his pleasure and appreciation for the participation of the association, union, and partners who participated in this important training.

Yam Thai San said that leadership is very important in leading people and human relations, so every leader must train himself to be a strong leader.

Leadership refers to the ability of an individual, group, or organization to lead, influence, or guide other individuals, groups, or organizations as a whole. Make an impact in managing the creation of an appropriate work environment for employees or institutions to achieve their goals.
